I undertook several freelance residential design projects acquired through social media and word-of-mouth referrals. I assisted clients in exploring various design options and addressed challenges pertaining to building regulations and conservation area limitations. I also created detailed plans and elevations and provided support in preparing and submitting planning applications.

During a brief period of unemployment resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, I actively contributed as an essential worker in a large-scale effort to maintain a functional and safe retail experience while navigating the various challenges posed by the pandemic. Becoming a valued team member, I was later promoted to manage customer service responsibilities.

Graduate role - Part 1 "year in industry" continued while studying part time at The University of Lincoln.

Delivered a high end in-store brand experience through positive and attentive customer service, maintaining impeccably high store presentation and hygiene standards. Worked closely with management to train new team members.

Assisted in producing detailed architectural drawings and sketches and in the preparation of presentation materials for client review, gaining early experience with AutoCAD and Revit.

Worked as part of a team in a fast paced environment, performed daily store opening and closing procedures, carried out stringent security measures and accurately updated system records.

Keen worker aged 15, took on weekend shifts during A-level studies. Duties included selling of over counter goods, processed lottery tickets and managing stock rotations.

• Completed 3 modules prior to a formal interruption of study due to the COVID19 pandemic.

• 3 years of full time study consisting of a variety of design projects both individual and team based, written assignments, and theory analysis.

• 2 years of full time study assessed on the documentation of a year-long design project, various field research assessments, and formal examinations. An additional Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) Level 3 award.

• 2 years of full time study achieving 10 subject awards graded A*-C
• An additional Distinction Award in IT Proficiency
