  • Throughout the years while working here, I have worked my way from Food and Beverage staff. To then a team leader where I was trusted with more responsibilities, meaning I would train new staff and help new members of the team better themselves.
  • Then being rewarded Supervisor, meant I was able to cash up at the end of shift, lock the building, run shifts as the only supervisor, deal with complaints if needed and oversee other staff on shift.
  • I have also undertaken first aid training and have a certificate for that.
  • I have also been on a management course and got a certificate for that.
  • I have also been a team player and when the kitchen staff have been low, I have taken shifts within the kitchen, working along side a new team and listening to instructions in order to prepare the correct food.
