During my time at Saramago, I had the privelage of serving as a chargehand for four years, where I played an integral role in ensuring smooth operation of the bar and restaurant. In this dynamic environment I was responsible for managing a front of house team and ensuring we delievered an exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

My role extended beyond day-to-day operations to include events coordination. I had the privelage of overseeing various events hosted at Saramago including GSASA events, private parties, club nights and live performances. Overall my experience at Saramago was incredibly enriching, allowing me to develop strong leadership skills, refine my bartending skills and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of Arts and Culture in Glasgow.
