I currently drive long-haul covering the entire UK, spending 4 nights a week out in the truck. This allows me to meet daily delivery targets and ensures customer satisfaction. I conduct daily inspections on the truck, I utilize exceptional driving skills for safe maneuvering in tight spaces. I take pride in my work as a company representative, promoting a positive image. I maintain safe transport of goods by adhering to all traffic laws. I load and unload goods using forklift trucks as well as hand ball, secure goods appropriately to eliminate damage, and always demonstrate punctuality by consistently arriving at pickups and deliveries on time.

Answered client queries with a good knowledge of pet care. Filed documents efficiently, contributed to the efficient running of the practice by helping with general cleaning duties. Often assisted veterinarians with minor procedures. Handled emergency calls calmly and efficiently, and assisted clients with food and medication purchases.

Assisted senior administrators to effectively coordinate large-scale events. Sorted incoming mail promptly, answered inbound phone calls, managed office supplies, ordering additional supplies to meet staff needs.

Maintained salon cleanliness to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients. Executed creative updo's for special events, kept up to date with the latest hair trends, provided a high quality service.

Whilst gaining my coaching qualification at Hartpury College I worked in the Sports department. This role involved supervising the children, and being responsible for their health and safety whilst using the facilities.

I managed my own book of clients whilst completing my NVQ Level 3 part time at Gloucester College. I developed strong and lasting rapport with clients through consistent delivery of requested services, colouring, cutting, styling etc.

Alongside my training I welcomed clients upon arrival, handled booking appointments and taking payments, I maintained stock levels of hair products, and kept the salon and equipment safe and clean.
