I am a keen horticulturalist currently producing vegetables for a two Michelin star restaurant and maintaining its ornamental gardens. I am motivated by a passionate love of the natural world and am keen to expand my knowledge base. There are as many ways to garden as there are gardens so I believe it is vital that I explore new sites, collections and environments.
