Capable bartender passionate about serving in warm, efficient and courteous manner while exceeding customer expectations and maintaining poise and reliability in demanding environments. Strong history of exceptional service in hospitality establishments. Very customer-focused and hardworking!
Within the time I have spent working as bar staff for The Criterion I have honoured a diverse skill set. Here I have been entrusted with key responsibilities such as closing and locking up due to being a reliable and trustworthy member of staff here. My attentive manner has repeatedly been praised by customers which is something I'm always striving for especially in a busy environment. Working here I have fostered the ability to work under pressure especially as we're always busy catering for bottomless brunches in which I have encompassed skills in mixology and food services. Additionally I have also learned how to make coffees and of course general bar work.
During my time working at St. James' Park football stadium I began to expand my skills as this was my first job. Here I learned how to elevate guest's experiences and confidently manage customer requests, develop my customer service skills and collaborated team working skills when in a fast-paced busy environment to achieve efficiency and run things smoothly. I was often praised for my attentiveness at keeping things clean and tidy and taking a leadership role when helping train new employees. I was often given the opportunity to work alongside the kitchen team to help out with food prep and additional responsibilities. Unfortunately my time here was short due to finding another job with Manpower.
Here at Manpower I was hired for a temporary role over the Christmas period. Whilst working for manpower I had the responsibility of tracking and adding to online spreadsheets, making phone calls and handling important confidential files/ documents to not only implement improved workflow and organisation but also to ensure the applicants we were handling had a simple experience in their time applying to work for Royal Mail by being helpful, friendly and professional.
