I have worked within childcare for nearly 2 years, and am currently working towards my Level 3 qualifications. I have worked in several of the rooms within my setting, and have finally found my place in baby room. I have been in baby room for 6 months and have very strong bonds with the children and parents. I collaborate with the parents really well and am i strong member of the team (I believe). I am fully Pediatric first aid trained and DBS cleared.
I am able to create a stimulating environment for the children, making sure that they are provided with their basic care needs, and also providing activates that follow the EYFS and also are culturally appropriate within regards to the childs British values.
I wish to work myself up the job role ladder within the setting which is a goal of mine.
