This role requires me to use all different levels of social skills and to adapt those skills to suit accordingly.

I have managed to build relationships with many of our regular customers and also pride myself in being able to make everyone (staff, customers, suppliers, etc.) feel welcomed, comfortable and happy when they step into the store.

Time management during each shift is essential in this role to ensure the smooth running of the business along with a relaxed, stress free environment for all of the team. I endeavour to complete all necessary responsibilities in a timely manner on a daily basis.

TBSAH is a Network Marketing company which is completely remote and allows you to work your own hours and build your business your own way.


During my time at TBSAH I progressed through the career plan rapidly, reaching targets and fast track bonuses in record speed.

I had an incredible team of over 500 people who I trained, supported and communicated with regularly.

I organised training events and also sales events to assist my team in their own personal growth and the growth of their businesses too.

I held weekly, monthly and adhoc zoom meetings to keep in touch with everyone and motivate them to achieve their goals and dreams.


Being a Regional Manager also meant I was responsible for running reports, keeping track of monthly figures and communicating these back to head office accordingly.
