I started my role at WTW in September 2024 as a Pension Administration Apprentice working towards a level 3 qualification in pensions administration. I have recently passed my apprenticeship and gained my new qualification which has opened many new opportunities for me within the business. At the beginning of my apprenticeship I worked through a 6 month rotation where I gained experience working in the Service centre working as first point of contact for our members and answering a variety of different queries over the phone. I then went onto working within the Administration teams where I learnt many new key skills on how to answer technical questions and also using many different software systems such as iPA and WorkView. For the remainder of my rotation period I worked as a Business Analyst where I learnt all things business and got the opportunity to begin running meetings and speaking to internal and external stakeholders. For the remainder of my apprenticeship I worked as a Business Analyst where I got the opportunity to grow my confidence with speaking to new people and also gained key skills in estimations, and writing. Since the new tax year I have recently been promoted from an Associate to a Senior Associate highlighting that my hard work is paying off.
