  • This was an administrative position, logging and booking services for customers over the phone. The call volumes were often high, meaning I had to work efficiently in order to correctly book and deliver customer service, as well as answering customer queries.

  • Greeted customers and offered assistance with selecting merchandise. As I worked a role in returns, I gained an exceeding knowledge of all of the stock in store and was comfortable customers in any department.
  • I often dedicated myself to overtime shifts, which included positions as, till-operator, allowing me to deliver outstanding in-store experience through positive and attentive customer service, and floor assistant, therefore, I continually replenished stock in line with sales records, keeping well-maintained, presentable item displays.

  • As a server for Hoy Sam, I had the position of answering telephone orders. This was a very quick paced and focused role, as I would constantly manage orders throughout the night.   • I participated in all health department regulations, proactively identifying and highlighting issues immediately, especially as I would assist cleaning the kitchen in preparation for the next day.
