Summary

Skilled senior leader with excellent communication skills and a depth of experience in working with a wide variety of stakeholders and multi-agency teams. My current role as Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for Inclusion and Pastoral care, means that I have a secure knowledge and understanding of the various and complex barriers that children and young people face. I am a committed manager and have led various teams towards a shared vision. I am motivated to drive improvement and overcome barriers and am passionate that all young people, regardless of background, need or ability, should have access to an educational provision that ensures a deep sense of belonging and that provides opportunities for progression and success.
