Motivated and Hardworking Business Management and Administration student currently studying at City College Plymouth. Over the past two years, I have gained valuable work experience in both Optical and hospitality sectors as part of my course. These Placements have allowed me to develop strong communication, Teamwork, Customer service and problem Solving skills while working in a professional environment.

During my Work experience in an optical practice i gained an understanding of how a business operates and improved my ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. In my current placement at a restaurant in Plymouth, I assist with administrative tasks, social media management and reservation handling, helping to support the day to day running of the business.
