Emotional and Social Support: Offering comfort, companionship, and emotional support to patients, especially those with long-term or terminal illnesses, and providing family members with updates on care.

Assisting with Feeding: Helping patients with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring patients have adequate nutrition, particularly those with eating difficulties or disabilities.

Supporting Infection Control: Ensuring that proper hygiene and infection control procedures are followed, including cleaning equipment, sterilizing tools, and maintaining a clean environment.
