• My role in this job requires many skills to deliver the best service possible. An example is communicating well with customers to ensure the product they want will be delivered to them with high standards. Not only that but to ensure that they are being heard regarding any complaints and that the best support I can provide is given for both sides to be happy.

• Being able to work well under pressure is a skill that I've acquired with my time spent at Broadlane chippy. I ensure the food is of high standards and aligns with the customers' needs while working fast; getting everything done while keeping the workplace as neat as possible to avoid getting in the way of my coworkers is something I always aim for.
• After working at Broadlane chippy for 4+ years, my time management skills have improved drastically, allowing me to show up on time and have a balanced, enabling me to focus on my schoolwork, personal life, and work.
