I am a dynamic, articulate and kind leader with expertise in managing large teams through strategic and operational leadership, and a proven track record of improving standards. I am adept at developing others to be impactful leaders using research-driven approaches, ensuring alignment in vision and ethos through clear, professional communication. I have experience of quality assurance of systems, processes, and people, and I can offer performance management across varying levels; from development, through to disciplinary procedures, and can manage communication with key stakeholders including unions in varying contexts. My professional study has given me extensive knowledge of sustainable implementation. I am a resilient candidate with a high degree of integrity and whilst my leadership experience is largely in the field of education, I am ready to transfer my skills to a role with new challenges, and one that fulfils my passion for aviation.
