  • Sole responsibility for Management and development of Portuguese market.
  • Identifying and qualifying new account leads, conducting market research to help.
  • Managing Orders for every customer from quotation to shipping, ensuring that every order is fulfilled to the highest standard working to the individual requirements of each customer, assisting with any other needs when required.

  • Program the user interface for the companies database in Microsoft Access coding in Visual Basic for Applications.
  • Work with outside consultants to assist with the development of the database and the companies online portal
  • Collaborate with the Shareholders and Directors of the company to discuss, plan, and suggest developments required to the database and online portal for the needs of the business and the convince of customers.
  • Work with members of staff across teams to streamline and automate workflows though custom changes to the database UI and other programs that interface with the Database such as excel and outlook, including email automation.
  • Query the Database using SQL to program repeatable reports and to create one sets of data as per the needs of the business.
  • Manage the workload of these additional responsibilities concurrently with my regular position.
