Due to my primary involvement in acquiring 120+ global leading retailers for the Outfts product, post-acquisition I joined Amaze's Growth team.
Due to large restructuring of the business prior to my arrival, I reignited relations that had fallen behind through previous employee departures.

As a co-founder, I went on a journey of discovery. Enabling creators to establish thriving businesses and achieve sustainable monetisation through an innovative creator hub that empowered creators to own their audience and develop new income streams. I navigated the challenges of the start-up ecosystem, making strategic decisions that propelled us to success. Via strategising and cultivating fruitful partnerships, I executed successful go-to-market plans that secured game-changing investments and eventual acquisition.
Together with my co-founder, I bootstrapped the MVP whilst working part-time (30-40 hours per week) as a delivery driver for Dominos & Deliveroo.
Alongside managing the day-to-day operations of the business, I launched a UK office and scaled the company to a team of 19, prior to acquisition.

After graduating from University I began temporary work at an online alcohol distribution company. Within a year I had progressed to Warehouse Supervisor, managing teams of 50+ workers during peak times, including:
· Monitoring and improving picking accuracy and productivity by conducting ABC analysis and order profiling.
· Provided updates on critical shipments to corporate departments and customers.
· Optimised levels of goods based on sales forecasts and demand, increasing percentage of orders fulfilled.
During my studies at University, I gained vast experience within the hospitality sector. This led me to managing a small community pub in the heart of Oxfordshire.
