Summary

Having joined the Kiln Graduate scheme in 2006 and had 17 years of Underwriting experience I have developed strong technical and analytical skills as well as developing broad expertise across multiple areas of the Accident & Health market.

My relationship building skills have been integral to building enduring market contacts and establishing a strong network both within the businesses that I have worked and in the Accident Health market. I travel regularly with work which has enabled me to extend this network beyond the London market, with particular focus in North America.

I work well within a team, and enjoy operating in a team environment. As my career has developed I have become a senior figure offering education and guidance to those around me. I am confident, enjoy debate around strategic direction and am comfortable with assuming a leadership role within the team.

I am passionate, ambitious and driven to succeed however believe strongly in sound business ethics and the need to develop long standing relationships based on integrity and honesty as a means of delivering long term sustainable profit.
