Helping people acheive their goals by developing lasting, trusting relationships with people who are often feeling vulnerable by offering one-to-one weight loss coaching and mentoring.

Co-Creator of the University of Bedfordshire's 'Student perception of 'belonging' to their Academic Community' research report, funded by the Academy of learning and teaching excellence's education research award.
