
I am an experienced pharmacy professional with demonstrated success in both pharmacist and leadership roles. I also have a proven track record as a designated supervisor. I use my experience to provide exceptional patient care through enhanced services including vaccinations. I am also able to manage pharmacy operations with flexible, resourceful approach, demonstrating attention to detail and a focus on safety.
I am a caring and empathetic pharmacist who is able to build rapport and foster trust with both patients and colleagues alike. I believe in creating a supportive and motivating working environment which allows colleagues to thrive in their current roles and progress if they so desire.
I have committed a great deal of time to tutoring and mentoring pharmacy students at all stages of their careers and also Boots colleagues at all the various levels on their journey in Healthcare training. This has proved to be one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
St James Players - Producer
My greatest passion is the theatre and I am lucky enough to run a local amateur theatre company. My role involves coordinating all aspects of the group for our cast and crew from initial inception of each show right through to post show analysis. Our group includes members from age 7 upwards from all walks of life and with very varied levels of experience and ability. I am responsible for organising and running meetings, rehearsals and performances. I also liaise with parents and implement safeguarding procedures. I work with a team of skilled people such as choreographers, vocal coaches, set design and costume team, It is my responsibility to ensure each team member is on track with expected progress and will be "show ready". I have also taken on the role of script writer for our pantomimes and have now written seven pantomime scripts to date.
Castaways Choir and Theatre Group
I am a member of Castaways, a local choir and theatre group who put on several shows and plays throughout the year, plus performances at local events. I am also a member of the Castaways committee and organise fundraising events to support the group and the local community.
Jacqui's Million
I am part of Jacqui's team of volunteers working to raise a million pounds for the Leeds Cancer Centre. This involves organising and participating in a wide range of fundraising activities. There is an annual musical production and events throughout the year such as fashion shows, quiz nights and afternoon teas to name but a few.
