- Overseeing operation of the Library as a lone worker.
- Leading the support workers in their role, ensuring all procedures are followed

- Being proactive in designing display materials relevant to the Calendar. Creating fun and interesting inclusive themes for discussion, whilst promoting awareness over a variety of Subjects including Men’s mental health, Diversity and the Religious Calendar.
- Running enrichment activities for Library users and promoting and recording their engagement. Currently I oversee a weekly Chess Club and also a Quiz night for which I prepare my own material for these fun sessions.
