I am passionate about digital transformation and have acquired a great deal of knowledge from my academic, professional, and leisure use of a wide range of solutions. I am familiar with Microsoft Office (Publisher, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power-Bi, MapPoint and Word), and Internet Browsers Explorer/Chrome. Among the clinical and database systems I have used are EMIS LV, EMIS Web, Docman, SAP, ORACLE, ROSS, DCS, KCS, Kronos, Geo-Plan, and SCIMS. I have experience with Quickbooks and IRIS Cashflow and IRIS GP Accounts, as well as HubSpot and Monday.com CRM systems.

  • Spoke at national conference for the CQC in 2018 about excellent in Primary Care

Interests

I participate in weekly fitness classes that I find energising as part of my fitness routine. Over the summer, I also enjoy swimming, aqua aerobics, and water sports. Prior to retiring, figure skating played an important role in my social life. I had lots of success in national competitions and achieved NISA national tests. In 2002, I won the World Ice Challenge in Bordeaux.


I am the founder Trustee of a Charity established in May 2017 called "Cuppa Club" set up to run coffee mornings for those elderly residents of Trentham and surrounds who are lonely or would appreciate regular companionship.


After work and on weekends, I love walking with my husband and our dog Mickey.
