This was a role which supported the Management team with general administration tasks which included facilitating and documentation meetings, organising folders and assisting with collabarating assessment packs.
This was a full time role I had for 15 years from 2001 which I was employed again on a short term contract, coming to an end due to Leek Campus going and the student records and exam department being restructured.
The role was in the student records team, duties included collecting, recording and monitoring information from enrolment through to course completion, whilst following government guidelines and college procedures.

In this role I co-ordinated emails, arranging for new starters to have all the equipment, kept logs of purchase orders, staff subscriptions, corporate rates for venues and hotels stays, helped the Human Resources team with logging certificates. This role ended due to lack of work.
In this role I covered a busy receptionist desk at weekends and extra days in the week when needed. Booking in visitors and facilitating the Covid restrictions for staff and visitors. Helping residents and answering the telephone.
The main aim of my role was to process the company drivers evidence for their wages. I also covered the reception desk when needed, answering calls and directing calls to the right person. This ended because the work was not needed.
