I am an engaging Subject Teacher and Form Tutor with vast experience teaching English Literature and Language. My pedagodgy has successfully contributed to towards our Outstanding report from Ofdted. I have experience in teaching Key stages 3-5. I am a Knowledgeable and hard-working team player, with a keen interest in pastoral roles, oracy skills, and supporting students of SEND. I have a proven track record of increasing progress 8 scores and improvements up to GCSE data. I am currently running a creative writing club; a spelling bee and a debate club. These clubs are all thriving. Lastly, I have built excellent relationships with students, parents and colleauges.


I am keen to take on more responsibility in a new school environment with proven high attainment. I am looking forward to sharing and creating new resources, which will maintain and even improve the attainment in this impressionable and dynamic school. Finally, I look foward to meeting new students, parents, and inspiring colleauges who are keen to collaborate new ideas, and contribute towards the growth of the school.
