Aim is to inspire customers, answer their gardening questions and give them seasonally relevant hints and tips.

Create offers and promotions that help customers buy for their projects whilst aligning to our company's needs.

Sourcing and selecting a range of gardening products from tools to pots to supply to multinational retails such as Homebase and B&Q.

Creating and managing purchasing budgets, supply forecasts and sales out.

Coordinating, managing and training a wide national team of merchandisers.

Attending trade shows world wide to monitor trends and translating into opportunities for AMES and our customers.

Plant and gardening buyer for the Frost group of garden centres and the Tillington Group.

Ranging and buying for the group. Training and updating the stores of the ranges and seasonal plans.

Creating budgets and sales plans inline with the Groups aims.
