
I am a motivated and reliable individual with a mature attitude towards customer service. As well as this I am a highly creative student with ambition to work and create experience for myself from a young age. I have a driven attitude with good organisational skills offering strong attention to detail and experience working collaboratively. I also posses experienced communication skills with customers and offer knowledge about teamwork and experience in the hospitality sector as well as personal client bases.
At Melynda Jayne Boutique, I provide one-to-one styling consultations, helping clients select dresses and accessories while delivering a professional and personalised customer experience. The styling appointment mainly consist of prom girls in year 11 and year 12, however the boutique also offer an occasion wear section for ladies of all ages. This means I have expirience styling clients of many ages. I also support the business through appointment management, administrative duties, social media promotion, and promotional modelling.

This is a job I am planning to continue once the season commences next year, however due to time off for school and the prom season coming to an end I am not actively working at Melynda Jayne Boutique.
At Wheats RFC, I worked regular weekend shifts and supported special events, including rugby galas, football tournaments, and cricket tournaments. Working in a busy hospitality environment developed my customer service, teamwork, and organisational skills while ensuring a positive experience for customers.
