Summary

I'm a proactive and people-focused HR professional with hands-on experience in fast-paced employee relations and operational environments. I understand the pressures and pace of frontline environments, which shapes how I approach people matters with both urgency and empathy — balancing the need for speed with care, fairness, and clear communication.

I'm highly organised, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator, comfortable handling high volumes of sensitive data and building trusted relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, from frontline employees to senior leadership. I am confident working with a range of digital tools and systems, with the ability to analyse and present data accurately to support informed decision-making and efficient administration. Taking genuine ownership of my work, I manage competing priorities with ease, and always maintain the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

Eager to continue growing across all areas of HR and people management, I am currently working towards my Level 5 CIPD qualification through a Degree Apprenticeship, due for completion in July 2026.
