I am a people-centric, values-driven, individual, motivated by helping others to achieve their goals. An effective and versatile communicator, accustomed to dealing with diverse stakeholder groups and conflicting priorities, I am highly organised, calm under pressure and have a flexible, adaptable and collaborative style. Listening to understand and remaining curious are core communication values for me and I am able to quickly build trust, rapport and safety in relationships.
