Affiliations

I sing Soprano and trained at the Italia Conti Academy and received advanced lessons with Jayne Metcalf and David Joyner at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I have a seperate CV with all my performance and engagements. I sang with Kentish Opera, Sounds Lyrical Open Air Opera, Spittlefields Opera and Milton Keynes Opera. Since moving to Gloucestershire from Kent and Sussex 20 years ago I have sung with BBC National Chorus of Wales singing in a Prom, also a member of the Three Choirs Festival Chorus for 6 years. I also sing in the Saint Cecilia Singers under Jonathan Hope organist of Gloucester Cathedral and Assistant Artistic Director to Adrian Partington. I am currently secretary for the St Cecilia Singers and organise all the concerts, venues, transport and negotiate fees on the choirs behalf.

I recently completed my BA(Hons) degree in Music with the Open University which I have worked on for 6 years part-time alongside my secretarial duties, Saint Cecilia Singers and Three Choirs Festival and my work in the local primary school supporting year 6 with SATS.
