I have worked in housing advisor for nearly 7 years and developed experience in customer services.
My main role is to effectively manage high volumes of inbound customer calls whilst making an accurate log of details of from calls and either dealing with or redirecting the query.
In addition I also complete large amounts of administration tasks.
