• Focus on Emergency Medicine: After the core rotations, the final year is dedicated to gaining further experience specifically in Emergency Medicine, including paediatric emergency medicine.

• New dynamic role under the tutorage of Jonny Gordon (Scottish FA Chief Medical Officer)
• Providing clinical care and rehabilitation services to athletes from professional to amateur and across all sporting disciplines as well as to members of the general public
• Working with a multidisciplinary team of sports clinicians, physiotherapists, sports scientists and podiatrists

Covered specialities including General Surgery, Cardiology, Respiratory, Geriatrics, Urology, Accident and Emergency and an extended period in Paediatrics and Neonates.
