- Prioritised and assigned tasks for the a more optimised distribution of workloads.
- Trained new staff to the company, and from other departments on how to use the checkouts.
- Motivated colleagues, and assisted them to complete their mandatory training.
- Assisting in managing cash levels, ensuring change and banking done correctly.
- Helped managed the technical side, ensuring permissions for certain departments, and colleagues are set up with their own logins to monitor and comply with company policy.
- Discussing team performance with management to help identify strong points, whilst proactively offering action for area's of improvement.
