As a security guard for the museum there is a huge emphasis on protecting the expensive artwork at all times. Due to this it is essential to be focused and vigilant at all times. I am required to work with a huge team of staff members and my great communication skills allow me to excel as a teammate. I am also in charge of the control room with operating CCTV cameras where monitor footage and document any incidents. As this is a museum, there is a also a strong focus on customer service skills as I am dealing with multiple people throughout the day. As well as this there are some other responsibilities which included

• Managing access control as well a loading bay access throughout the day and night for contractors as well as for deliveries
• Fire alarm system management
• Conflict management due to the nature of the site and the requests of the employer
• Ensured premises safety through regular patrols and surveillance.
• Monitored CCTV systems for potential security breaches.
• Identified potential threats by conducting thorough risk assessments.
• Responded to emergencies with swift action, prioritising safety of personnel.

I am currently employed as an SIA security officer with various roles across the stadium.

I performed as the main admin on the front desk for the company. I was responsible for all bookings made and would greet all customers who came in for the day.

In this position I had multiple roles and had various duties beyond anything a regular administrator would have. I had a hybrid role as a salesman and was responsible for the online department of selling vehicles and car parts.
