I'm a competent IT support professional with experience of providing technical and helpdesk support. I'm also a Detail-oriented, organized and meticulous employee who works at a fast pace to meet tight deadlines. I'm also an enthusiastic team player ready to contribute to company success. I have relevant experience of working in the front line helping clients and colleagues resolve complex technical IT issues. Possessing excellent client facing skills, natural problem solving and analytical skills and able to contribute to the development of best practice, procedures and policies within a company. I have an ambitious goal of being an AWS Cloud Specialist in the next 3 years and is currently taking classes to prepare.
