Biggest achievements during role: my biggest achievement during this role was when the head of year went off sick for extended period after Easter. I was responsible for everything regarding my year group cohort. I was able to deal with many challenging situations during the year 11 GCSE exams when a lot of students were struggling. And was able to get the whole year group through the end of their exams.

• My roles was a security guard, and my responsibilities were covering many different sites from pubs and clubs to retail sites. Conducting patrols and ensure the safety of the staff and members of the public. Carrying out safety checks to ensure that fire exits are not blocked and regularly check equipment is not damaged. To add to that I regularly check that equipment is not damaged, and any issues are logged. Ensuring customers IDs are checked and intervening when conflicts between customers occurred. Mediating during conflict between customers. Safely escorting customers of premises

• My role was an after-school club leader was running after school clubs. Responsibilities included help young people carry out fun science experiments. To help get young people involved and excited in science and education more. Conduct registers at the start of each session, dismissing young people to their parents. Carrying out a risk assessment form to ensure every session is safe for the young people to attend. During the session ensure that all the young people under my supervision are safe. Reporting any concerns regarding young people to my manager and the school.

• My roles was a security guard, and my responsibilities were to cover many different sites from retail sites to covid testing site and logistic sites. When covering all these different sites I ensured that I carry out all my patrols and ensured the safety of the staff and members of the public. To add to that I ensured that I provide excellent customer focused service. Furthermore, I had to regularly check that equipment is not damaged and log any issues that arise.

• In November 2019 I began working as a supervisor at Dream Homes in Ross-on-Wye. During my time working at dream homes I was responsible for organizing staff and putting them into their work sections. I would help run the day to day running of the business. I would do stock take and ordering in stock twice a week. To add to that I was also responsible for checking deliveries and doing the admin in the office. I also ensured that I would serve customers and provide excellent customer service skills. I would up sell products and find out the need of each individual customer I served to ensure I could help them find the product they needed. To add to that I would also deal with any customer complaints and consult my staff to ensure that every customer was happy.

• My role at Carphone warehouse was a sales consultant. I was responsible in selling pay monthly phone contracts, sim only deals, accessories, phone insurance and many more products. During my time at Carphone Warehouse I learned to build better rapport with customers to find out their needs and recommend products that will meet their needs. I was always in the top two for top sellers in the store and in highest commission earned. During my time at Carphone Warehouse, I always received excellent customer’s feedback.

• My role was sales assistant on the shoe department. I was responsible of providing excellent customer service my serving excellent customer service. I was also responsible for cleaning up the shop floor and setting up new displays. I was also responsible for upselling shoe care kits and gel insoles to customers which I would earn commission on. My biggest achievement was that within three months I became the highest earner in commission in the store. I also learnt to build good rapport with customer to find out their needs and make recommendations.

• In March of 2017 I started work placement at Birchfield Community School as part of my Access to Sport course which I completed. During my placement at the school, I was working in the PE department. At the start I was shadowing the teachers learning of them. I was responsible for setting up the PE lessons and some occasions leading the PE lessons.

• Then from December 2016 I began working only part time 2 days a week at the Sunar Gow restaurant the reason why I decided to only work part time was me prioritizing my studies however even though I was only working for 2 days only I was able to learn another new skill which was problem solving due to the restaurant being really busy me and my colleagues had to figure out ways in which we could ensure that all the customers received the food they orders on time and having not to wait and ensure that takeout deliveries were not late and were still hot when customers received their orders. In February of 2016 I left Sunar Gow Indian restaurant as I had to have operation on my left kidney due it being damaged causing it swell up.

• My role was head waiter; I was responsible for organizing the waiting staff and ensuring that all customers were happy. I was also responsible for taking orders and serving tables. I was also responsible for taking booking reservations.

• My roles was a waiter; I was responsible for greeting customers and seating them down. I was also responsible for taking their order and serving their food and drinks. To add to that I was also responsible for answering the phone and taking order for customer ordering takeaway and take booking reservations.

• My role was a waiter, my responsibilities was setting up the venue hall, Serving food during different events. I was also responsible for cleaning up after each event and setting up for the next event.

• I was volunteering at the youth club I would help coach football training session to young children age 11 to 14 years old. I was responsible for setting up the sessions and the different training drills and collecting the equipment at the end of every session. I was also sometime responsible for lead sessions for the younger age groups.
