Provide end-to-end accounting and decision support for UK cereal manufacturing sites and co-packing/co-manufacturing operations, delivering weekly and monthly variance analysis to support informed strategic and operational decision-making. Responsible for ensuring accurate invoice processing and completion of goods receipts to enable timely payment to NUK vendors, while driving process improvements to enhance visibility and measurement of blocked invoices. Acted as financial lead on a project to transition invoicing into the Atlas system and managed purchase order creation for inter-market supply vendors.

Ensured trade spend was recorded accurately and on a timely basis, supporting and constructively challenging account managers through monthly trade spend review meetings to maintain accurate accruals throughout the year. Held additional responsibility for approving customer invoices, including claims and deductions, and resolving pricing discrepancies. Led the implementation of a BACS portal, streamlining customer payment processes across the UK and Ireland.
