Leadership Exeperience

Club Captain for University of Glasgow Tennis Club (GUT)

  • Elected captain of the university tennis club, responsible for leading training sessions, organising fixtures, and supporting over 290 club members.
  • Collaborate with a 17-person committee to coordinate club activities, member engagement, and long-term development.
  • Coordinate training sessions across all levels of the club from performance squads to recreational players, including recently implemented strength & conditioning sessions.
  • Our performance squads now play in the BUCS Premier North division and are one of the best teams in the country.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as the LTA, UofG Sport and Scottish Student Sport (SSS) to drive club growth and development initiatives.
