A highly motivated and reliable student with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. I am eager to gain practical experience and develop new skills in a professional environment. A quick leaner who is organised and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. I am eager to apply my skills from inside and outside the classroom into the working environment.
During my time as a volunteer coach I helped children aged 4-7 learn the fundamentals of rugby in a fun and safe environment. My role involved setting up equipment, supporting training drills and encouraging teamwork among young players. I also had to plan and schedule my own training sessions for the under 7"s this experience developed my leadership, communication and patient whilst giving me the opportunity to contribute to my local sports community.
Asist in daily operations of the golf shop and course, ensuring members and guests receive excellent customer service. Handle tee-time bookings, check-ins and payments using the clubs booking system. Maintained cleanliness and organisation of the pro shop, supporting the golf professional.
This experience has helped me with customer service skills gaining confidence in communicating with a wide range of people, working as a team and being responsible for opening and closing of the pro shop.
During my work experience I supported teachers in the classroom by helping pupils with reading, writing and classroom activities. I also assisted the coaches with sports activities, organising groups plus keeping them engaged in a positive learning environment. The experience has helped me develop strong communication and patience while gaining an understanding of how to support children's learning and wellbeing.
