I did a full week worth of work experience working 9-5 at Waitrose and worked on the shop floor stacking shelves, sorting out deliveroo orders, helping customers find their way etc I gathered what it was like to work long hours and under time pressure I have been involved in football and rugby teams for most of my life so I'm used to working as a team, communicating and working together which has taught me great leadership and followership skills
I can easily learn new skills quickly since I have completed previous courses and have succeeded for example I did a week gliding course and went from not being able to fly to being able to fly and land this displays what I can achieve if presented with new skills
