As an Agricultural Engineer at James Green specialising in Case IH maintenance and repair, I have extensive experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of tractor models and agricultural machinery. My expertise includes performing routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, executing both preventative and corrective repairs to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Additionally, I have a strong background in fabricating and modifying tractor components to meet specific operational needs, enhancing machinery efficiency and functionality. In my previous role as an Agricultural Contractor, I gained hands-on experience in a range of key farming operations, including hay making, silaging, and general groundwork. I was responsible for operating and maintaining specialised machinery for mowing, raking, and baling hay, as well as ensuring the efficient and timely execution of silage production. Additionally, I contributed to ongoing farm maintenance, including fencing, drainage, and repair work, ensuring that farm infrastructure remained in top condition. My role required a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, all while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

In my previous role as a Landscaper, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks focused on maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. I regularly operated ride-on lawn mowers to maintain large lawns, ensuring even cuts and even finish. My duties also included hedge cutting, trimming, and shaping plants to enhance the overall appearance of gardens and properties. I gained valuable experience in fencing, from installation to repairs, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, I handled various general landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, and managing lawns to promote healthy growth. My role required attention to detail, excellent time management, and a strong work ethic to ensure that projects were completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
