Systematic Review of Advanced Techniques for Rapid Detection of Food-Borne Pathogens in the Dairy Industry of the United Kingdom: 09/01/24, 01/31/25, 

  • Main output of this thesis is to describe overview of common food-borne pathogens in Milk and detection practices in UK.
  • In this project have analyzed different advanced detection techniques like PCR, qPCR, ELISA, Nanotechnology, Biosensors & Conventional techniques to reduce or eliminate contamination in Dairy Industry.
  • Have Acquired knowledge in this overall systematic review of Regulatory standards for detection of Milk pathogens in UK.

Proteomic Analysis of Food Allergens: Jan 2024- April 2024

  • Main output goal of these project is to identify and characterize specific proteins and its extraction process.
  • Research on detail analysis of mechanisms behind food allergens, developed treatments to detect allergens in presence of different food sources.
  • Analyses detection of food allergens by utilizing Mass Spectrometry Instrumentation and MALDI-TOF Techniques.
