• Supervised reconstruction and widening of 3 bridges (10m, 20m, and 25m spans) with bored pile foundations and abutment type foundations, achieving completion in less time and at a reduced cost compared to forecasts.
• Played a pivotal role in quality control, adhering to EMS & QMS as per CS2 company requirements. Actively participated as a member of the internal audit team for QMS and EMS, contributing to the company's alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
• Developed and implemented a daily monitoring checklist, optimizing project profitability, cutting costs, and enhancing overall progress and profits.
• Provided engineering solutions for on-site project and design challenges, collaborating with clients to address public complaints and prevent construction delays.
