• Act as sole teacher to two early-stage IGCSE English groups.

• Promoted a range of classic texts written by authors in underrepresented groups with an aim to expand what people understand the literary canon to be and build awareness for the importance of diversity.

• Worked as part of a large team in the Garden Restaurant, with time spent on the tills and on the restaurant floor as a waiter.

• Formed part of the Front of House team at the Globe, providing excellent customer service and politely responding to queries with enthusiasm.

• I gleaned an insight into the workings of London publishing houses, the unpredictability and fast-paced nature of news outlets, and how to write articles for well-known newspapers under time constraints.
• Researched, developed and wrote an article which was published in the next day's edition.
