Taking on this job meant I had to use my responsibility’s d time management skills so that I turned to every scheduled shift on time ready to work providing high customer service.

• Addressed questions, concerns and complaints of customers.
• Operated cash register to take payments and process orders.
• Prepared food and beverages within target timeframes.
• Ran orders from kitchen to dining areas.
• Attended to customers with friendly and accurate service.
• Acted as team player by helping colleagues finish their tasks.
• Trained in food safety and hygiene practices.

I worked this job throughout the summer of 2023 along side a paper-round to gain more experience within a customer service providing job. It allowed me to gain mkre skills for future jobs and experiences. I then left this job at the end of the summer to take another job offer.

Having a paperround from a young age allowed me to get used to waking up early to go work even when I may have not wanted to. This shows dedication and responsibility.

• Avoided damage by wrapping newspapers in plastic during inclement weather.
• Delivered papers on schedule to meet needs of individual and business customers.
