In my current role at Snows, I consistently demonstrate a strong sales focus, maintaining a healthy pipeline of current and forward vehicle orders for one of the UK's fastest-growing automotive brands. I proactively generate new business opportunities while maximising conversions and delivering against sales targets. I began at Snows' BYD and Car Centre site in Southampton, where I successfully sold both new and approved used vehicles across multiple brands, building strong product knowledge and a consistent sales performance. Due to my results and commitment, I was selected to support the launch of a new BYD branch in Chichester, where I have played an important role in driving sales, establishing the brand locally, and contributing to the growth of a new dealership from launch.

• In this role I was tasked with representing some of the major confectionary brands such as Cadburys, Mars and Nestle.
• Utilised sales scripts to guide conversations and close deals effectively.
• Addressed customer questions, alleviating concerns and doubts.
• Adapted sales techniques to specific clients and promoted products based on individualised client needs.
• Performed cold-calling and follow-ups with leads to secure new revenue.
• Maintained extensive knowledge of products by regular training.

• In this role I take on many positions in branch from receptionist, cashier all the way to picking orders for customers, so it has given me an amazing opportunity to improve my customer service skills and to become multi-skilled.

• In this job position I am a keyholder responsible for managing the staff on a daily basis and handling large sums of cash wherever necessary.
• As duty manager I am responsible for whatever happens when I am managing.

• In this role I was required to organise a team of 16, I helped write rotas to suit all the staff as well as train them and make sure they are all following correct procedures set by the business.
• Alongside this I worked both front and back of house with the team which I believe aids in the management as I was working closely with the team.
• I was responsible for food preparation, serving customers, cashing up, payroll and sharing out the tips evenly as well as being a key holder, opening in the morning and setting the alarms and making sure it is secure at night.

• In this job role I was required to work closely with members of the public, helping them to pick out the best products.
• I was required to have knowledge of all the items we sold which I believe has helped me be more successful in this role.
• I regularly closed the kiosk, located in Fareham shopping centre, alone and was responsible for cash handling, including cashing up at the end of the day.

• In this job role I worked as part of a team in the kitchen to ensure we sent out the best quality food to customers.
• I was responsible for both cooking and presenting the food and take pride in the appearance of the dishes.
• This job taught me the importance of time management and helped improve my organisation skills.

• I started in this role as a kitchen porter and over the course of my employment I learnt new skills that meant I was able to start working in the kitchen helping with food preparation and handling, including making starters, desserts and presenting the food.
• This job influenced my current goals with a career in catering and taught me a lot about how businesses work within the catering industry.
