I finished my Royal Marines career on the Corps Marksman Shooting Team. During this time we would conduct range days to trial new weapon systems and optics. In February 2024 myself and 9 other Royal Marines deployed on Exercise Longshot to compete against the USMC and MARSOC in 3 shooting Events, The Intercorps Cup, The Intercorps Bowl and the Pistol Event. We successfully beat 185 participants and won all 3 events for the first time in 16 years and only the 3rd time in the 42years this competition has taken place.

  • Deploying and maintaining millions of pounds of advanced Secret cryptographic equipment to ensure that Troops on the ground have the ability to Communicate with each other and to a HQ element in any terrain/environment

  • Maintaining over 17 FFR military vehicles containing highly advanced communication equipment ensuring they are Operationally deployable at all times.

  • Assigned to 43 Commando where i was initially employed working with multiple UK agencies conducting Nuclear Security Operations. Shortly after joining i qualified in Advance Close Quarter Battle joining a Recapture Tactics Team specialising in CQB and Hostage Rescue whilst operating specialist weapons and complex methods of entry. I finished my time at 43 commando as a Section Commander.
  • April 2019 - October 2019 Deployed to Holland and America on urban training exercises working alongside Dutch forces and the USMC conducting Live firing close quarter clearances and hostage rescue scenarios inside multi story complex's
  • November 2019 we worked alongside CTFSO in Northumbria for 2 weeks conducting a live firing exercise. Trialling different weapons and optics.

I Joined the Royal Marines on the 7/05/2018 and successfully completed the arduous 32-week Commando Training Course. The physically and mentally demanding course instilled in me the highest standards of humility, integrity, and self-discipline. I was awarded my Green Beret demonstrating the qualities of Courage, Determination, Unselfishness and Cheerfulness in the face of adversity. These Commando qualities will Hallmark me for the rest of my life.
