I worked at Islanders Vets for several months to gain work experience: My duties mainly consisted of:

- Maintaining a clean and sterile environment, ensuring optimal health conditions.

- maintaining clean a sterile surgical tools.

- disposing of used medical and hazardous material.

- working and dealing with customers.

- help in visitation rooms, by comforting both customers and their animals during health checks and vaccinations.

- caring for and feeding the animals which were recovering in the clinic.
