When I first joined Morrison's as a Warehouse Operative where I performed duties such as:

• Ensuring the proper delivery of the stock by performing the task safely and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Regularly tipping wagons and refilling them with salvage and waste prepared and ready to transport.
• Tidying of the yard and warehouse areas so other users of the area can use the space to the best of their ability.

When not busy, I assisted other departments when possible such as:

• Home delivery where I would help pick the orders to a high and careful standard and also even help deliver the orders personally when required or short handed of drivers.
• Checkouts where I would help customers complete the last part of their journey by ensuring that they are greeted well and help process their orders when required.
• Replenishment where I would help refill stock over ambient, chilled and frozen areas to a high standard which keeps the store tidy and ensuring that no space is being wasted.

More recently, I moved onto the scanning team where I assist with:

• Ensuring that the store remains compliant and legal with pricing by placing and verifying SELs are correct.
• Keeping the store up to date with current marketing deals and promotions either with the correct displays or the planograms.
• Helping the replenishment teams by investigating stock issues (Either too little or too much stock) and adjusting the numbers or diverting a managers attention to these items where we can properly count and fix the issue.
• Allowing the team can perform these different tasks easily and smoothly by assisting my team with training and also answering their queries.

• I assisted customers by welcoming them into the restaurant and sat them down, took their orders etc. I would then also help fulfil their orders by serving drinks and starters.
• I would then check on customers to see if they require anything else and also prepare their bills. After their bills have been paid i would also assist cleaning and setting tables for the next customer
