I worked for Mamouth Muchies as a catering assistant during the spring season, where I played an active role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the catering service. My responsibilities included upholding high safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers, and delivering effective customer service, through positive communication and interaction. I worked closely as part of a team demonstrating good time management and practical chef skills to ensure tasks were completed efficiently. I also supported other members of the team to help ensure smooth operations, particularly during busy service periods.
