• Operated effectively at Sub Agent level, planning and coordinating day-to-day works, sequencing activities, and aligning resources, access arrangements, and isolations with delivery and commercial teams to maximise productivity and minimise disruption.
• Led the preparation, review, and implementation of RAMS, Task Briefing Sheets, and permits, ensuring alignment with design, programme, and site constraints prior to works commencing.
• Supported commercial management through quantity take-offs, cost tracking, and detailed daily records of labour, plant, and materials to underpin cost reporting, change control, and CE submissions.
• Contributed to subcontract management by validating timesheets, monitoring progress against scope, and supporting applications for payment and monthly valuations.
• Delivered high-precision setting-out and surveying across major infrastructure works, maintaining dimensional accuracy and protecting programme and cost through avoidance of rework.
• Managed quality assurance documentation including ITPs, check sheets, and as-built records, providing full audit trails to support handover and defect prevention.
• Acted as a key technical interface between Project Managers, QSs, designers, subcontractors, and clients, resolving buildability and design issues early to safeguard programme and commercial outcomes.
• Championed health, safety, and environmental standards on site, leading briefings, inspections, and compliance checks in line with Kier and client requirements.

Project History: Headbolt Lane Station, Kirkby — £80 million rail station delivery

• Delivered engineering control and setting out across key civils and station work packages, ensuring accurate alignment, levels, and dimensional compliance to support safe and efficient construction.
• Provided front-line technical leadership on site, proactively resolving engineering and constructability issues to maintain programme and minimise disruption.
• Led quality assurance activities, including inspections, hold points, and records, ensuring works were delivered in full compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Took ownership of defined sections of work, coordinating subcontractors and site teams to drive productivity, quality, and safe working practices.
• Produced and maintained core technical documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans, Work Package Plans, and as-built records, supporting successful project handover.
